A Dream Run!

I have been working in the Computer Software Industry, in an MNC, which has more men than women. It has taken me a lot of hard work and commitment to reach my current position- Senior Engineering Project manager, leading a team of 45 to 50 people.

I have always believed in following my passion, be it professional or personal. I was into sports- table tennis, swimming, and jogging, and now after intensive self training and discipline, I accomplished my dream of completing a 21 Km marathon. I feel that with focus, determination, prioritization and apportioning of ones time, one can achieve our own definition of success. I hope to inculcate similar values in my children as well.
